1. About This Policy And TRIQ
This policy explains how personal information is handled when you use TRIQ OEM, TRIQ Processor, TRIQ Employee and TRIQ Chat, and the connected TRIQ website and service platform. It covers Android and any officially released iOS versions; describing iOS does not mean an iOS app is currently available. Features differ by app, account permissions and release.
TRIQ Innovations is the service brand operated by ALP Infinity. Business address: 247, Phase 8B, SAS Nagar, India. For privacy requests or complaints, contact support@triqinnovations.com and address your message to the Privacy Team.
An employer, manufacturer or glass processor may separately control its use of business and employee information. TRIQ handles platform accounts, security and support, and also processes organisation-managed records to deliver the service. Contact us if you need help identifying who is responsible for a particular record or request.
2. Information We Handle
The information used depends on the features you use. We obtain it from you, your organisation, authorised service participants, your app/device and providers that deliver the requested service.
- Account and profile: name, email address, phone number, user or company ID, organisation, business address, role, account links, profile information, language and time zone. Sign-in also generates authentication, verification and session records.
- Service information: machine details, installation and warranty dates, supplier/customer connections, reported problems, ticket status, assignments, service reports and attachments you or authorised colleagues provide.
- Conversations: messages, recipients, group membership, invitations, replies, reactions, timestamps, delivery/read status, photos, videos, files and voice notes. Translated versions may be stored with the conversation where the feature supports this.
- Payments: quotations, amounts, currencies, charges, taxes, transaction references, payment/refund status and related service or accounting records. Payment providers process checkout information you enter in their payment interface. Never send passwords, card security codes, UPI PINs or OTPs in a TRIQ chat or support request.
- Device and operation: app version, operating system, network/IP information, session and security events, and diagnostic details needed to operate or troubleshoot the service. Push delivery uses an app-instance/device registration token linked to the relevant account or installation.
- Support and preferences: information you send when contacting us, your request history, permission settings and communication preferences.
Do not upload unrelated identity documents, health information, banking secrets or another person's private information unless necessary for the service and you have authority to provide it.
3. How Each App Uses Information
TRIQ OEM helps authorised manufacturers manage customers, machines, service tickets and service teams. TRIQ Processor helps glass factories manage supplier links, machines, requests, payments and service conversations. TRIQ Employee provides the work and ticket functions authorised for the employee's linked organisation. TRIQ Chat provides account-based ticket, departmental, group and direct conversations available to the user.
Where Chat registration uses the Employee account system, registering through Chat creates or uses that shared account. Where the same email has more than one workspace, account selection and permissions determine the information available. A shared email address does not give unrestricted access across organisations.
4. Why We Use Information
We use relevant information to register and verify accounts; sign users in; apply access permissions; connect organisations and staff; operate service tickets; deliver conversations and attachments; translate selected messages; send account, service and security updates; manage payment and refund records; provide support; investigate misuse; and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Where a legal basis is required, the basis depends on the particular purpose and jurisdiction: necessary contractual processing, legal obligations, appropriately assessed legitimate interests where permitted, or consent. An employer's agreement does not automatically constitute consent for every use of an employee's information. Accepting this policy is not blanket consent for unrelated tracking, advertising or sensitive-data processing.
5. Permissions And Device Access
Where a feature requires operating-system permission, its purpose should be explained when access is requested. You can manage permissions in device settings. Refusing optional access may prevent that feature from working but should not prevent unrelated features.
Camera access supports taking a photo or video that you choose to share. Microphone access supports recording a voice note when you use that function. The photo/file picker supports selecting media or documents to attach. Selected content is uploaded when you submit or send it; a device permission alone is not consent to upload an entire library.
Notifications let the app display service and message alerts. Depending on device settings and the payload, notifications may show a sender, ticket details or message preview on the lock screen. Use your phone's notification controls to hide previews or disable sound/alerts. Turning off notifications does not delete the underlying messages or account.
Country, language and time-zone preferences are distinct from precise GPS tracking. This policy does not authorise unrestricted access to GPS location, your address book, SMS, call logs or other device information. Any feature requiring additional personal information must explain the collection and purpose and obtain the permission or consent required before access. Entering another person’s email or TRIQ ID to invite them shares those details with TRIQ for that invitation; it does not by itself grant access to your entire address book.
6. Chat, Translation And Remote Assistance
Messages and attachments are delivered to the participants authorised for that conversation. Adding a participant may expose permitted conversation history. Recipients can copy or save material they receive, so share only information appropriate to the audience. Relevant company administrators may access organisation-managed business records according to their permissions; this does not imply access to every private conversation.
Where chat translation is enabled, message text and language information are sent to Google Cloud Translation to produce a translated version. This can include personal information contained in the message. Translation may be automatic or user-requested depending on the setting. Translations can be inaccurate; verify safety-critical or commercial instructions against the original.
TRIQ Connect/Remote Assist is a separate remote-access feature. If you choose to start or join a session, the shared screen can reveal personal or confidential information to the other participant, and authorised control may allow interaction with the device. Review session permissions, close unrelated content and end the session when finished. Do not assume that mobile chat itself grants remote access. Any future calling, transcription or recording feature needs its own accurate disclosure and applicable controls before activation.
This policy does not represent TRIQ chats as end-to-end encrypted.
7. Recipients And Service Providers
Information is disclosed only as needed for the relevant service, authorised sharing or another lawful purpose:
- Relevant OEMs, Processors, employees, invited participants and authorised company administrators receive information permitted by their role and the ticket or conversation.
- Hostinger provides hosting and configured email delivery. Hosting involves service data; email delivery involves recipient details and the message contents necessary to send the email.
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging handles push-delivery information, including installation/device registration identifiers and the notification payload sent for delivery. Use of FCM alone does not mean that every Firebase product is enabled.
- Google Cloud Translation processes text submitted for translation.
- Razorpay or PayPal handles the payment route selected at checkout and returns transaction status and references. Payment providers also process information under their own privacy notices.
- Authorised support personnel, advisers and competent authorities may receive limited information where necessary for support, legal obligations, security, fraud investigation or resolving a dispute.
Provider privacy information is available from Hostinger, Google/Firebase, Google Cloud Translation, Razorpay and PayPal. A provider’s own processing can also be governed by its applicable privacy terms. New processing that materially changes the information handled or the purpose will be explained through updated notices and any required consent controls.
A change of business ownership may require information to be transferred with appropriate safeguards and notice where required. This clause does not authorise unrestricted sale or unrelated marketing use of customer records.
8. Storage, Security And International Processing
App/browser storage may contain sign-in state, preferences, cached content and temporary files. Signing out, clearing app storage or uninstalling the app does not by itself delete server records. Material separately saved to your device may remain until you remove it.
TRIQ uses account authentication and permission-based access to restrict access to service records. Protect your sign-in credentials and device, and report suspected unauthorised access promptly. No online system can guarantee absolute security. This policy does not claim that every stored record or backup is encrypted, or that all risks can be prevented. Security incidents will be handled and notified as required by applicable law.
TRIQ serves users and organisations in different countries. Providers and authorised participants may process information outside your country. Where required, appropriate legal transfer arrangements must be in place; accepting this policy alone is not a substitute. Contact the Privacy Team for information about the processing arrangements relevant to your account.
9. Retention
We retain information for the purpose for which it is needed and for specific lawful obligations, security requirements or genuine disputes. Different categories require different periods; we do not treat every message or device token as a financial record.
Our existing platform retention policy provides for review of essential service evidence five years after account removal, closed departmental conversations one year after closure, and unnecessary profile information following a 30-day reactivation period. Routine backups follow a 35-day rolling policy, and a minimal privacy-request register is retained for three years after completion. These are retention and review rules, not guarantees of automatic erasure.
Ordinary chats, attachments and work records follow their actual service purpose and applicable obligations; the five-year service-evidence rule is not a blanket rule for every conversation. Payment and tax records follow applicable statutory requirements. Security records and push tokens are retained only for their operational or justified security purpose, with their respective expiry and removal processes. Specific legal holds may require limited records to be retained longer. Applicable deletion rights and legal deadlines take priority over internal review procedures.
A retention exception must be limited to justified records. It is not a reason to keep the full account indefinitely. Where deletion is required, relevant provider-held copies and recoverable backups must be handled under the applicable deletion and backup procedures. Copies independently kept by other participants are not controlled by uninstalling your TRIQ app.
10. Your Choices, Account Deletion And Privacy Requests
You can contact support@triqinnovations.com to request access, correction or deletion, raise a privacy concern, or ask about consent withdrawal. Give the app name, registered email or TRIQ ID and enough information to identify the request. Do not send your password, OTP or payment PIN. We may request proportionate verification to protect the account and other people's information.
Where applicable law provides them, rights can also include restriction, objection, portability and complaints to a competent authority. Rights and exceptions vary by jurisdiction. We will explain any refusal or necessary retention and respond within the applicable legal deadline.
To request deletion, email support@triqinnovations.com with the subject “TRIQ account deletion” from your registered email where possible. State which app or workspace you wish to delete and your TRIQ ID if available. You do not need to reinstall the app to send a request. If you cannot access your registered email, contact support for proportionate verification.
TRIQ currently handles permanent account-deletion requests through support; this policy does not claim that general self-service permanent erasure is available in every app. After verification, we will assess and carry out applicable deletion, explain any specific records that must be retained and why, and communicate the outcome. We will respond within applicable legal time limits and explain any lawful extension. Internal review is not a basis for indefinite delay.
Where Employee and Chat share an identity, or an email is linked to multiple workspaces, we will clarify the requested scope before closing related access. Company-managed records may require coordination with the organisation responsible for them. We will assist with that process rather than treating company membership as a blanket refusal of an individual’s rights.
Temporary deactivation, company unlinking, logging out and uninstalling are not permanent account deletion. Do not promise that a delete-message button erases all service history, revisions or backups unless it actually does.
11. Communications And Marketing
Essential sign-in, security, ticket and payment messages are part of delivering the requested service. Optional marketing must have the notice and choice required by law and be separate from necessary service messages. Where marketing is offered, users can withdraw the relevant permission through the provided opt-out or by contacting support. A company administrator cannot provide another person's personal marketing consent merely by creating a work account.
12. Children
TRIQ is designed for business organisations and authorised personnel, not for children. Organisations should only provide access to people lawfully authorised to use the service and should avoid putting children’s information in tickets, chats or attachments. Where applicable law requires parental consent or other protections, those requirements must be met before processing a child’s information. If you believe a child has supplied personal information without the required authority, contact the Privacy Team so it can be investigated and handled under applicable law.
13. Other Services And Policy Updates
External payment, app-store or other services may have their own privacy notices. Review those notices when using them. This does not remove TRIQ's responsibilities for providers acting on its behalf.
We will show the effective date of the policy and give appropriate notice of material changes. Any new purpose requiring consent will need that consent before processing; a policy update alone does not retrospectively authorise a new use.
